Are You Pet Friendly? Unfortunately, due to the fact that some of our guests are allergic to pets, we do not accept pets. No exceptions made. Is Smoking Allowed? All our rentals are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted with no exceptions. This rule is strictly enforced. What is the Minimum Guest Age? We will not rent to guests under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Do You Require a Security Deposit? We request a credit card on file, which will be authorized for $500 in the event that damage is done to the property. A reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure the reservation. The remainder is due upon arrival. Do You Accept Credit Cards? Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. Also accepted are PayPal, personal checks & money orders for the reservation deposit. On arrival the balance due is payable in the form of a credit card, PayPal, money order or cash. Credit card and PayPal payments will incur a 4% fee. PaylPal eChecks will only be charged a $5 fee. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Is Parking Available? There are two reserved off-street parking spaces assigned to the Roadrunner and Coyote Condos. For Studio guests plenty of free, uncontrolled, street-side parking is available all around us.
