Are You Pet Friendly? Unfortunately, due to the fact that some of our guests may be allergic to pets, we do not accept pets. No exceptions made. Is Smoking Allowed? All our rentals are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted with no exceptions. This rule is strictly enforced. What is the Minimum Guest Age? We will not rent to guests under 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Do You Require a Security Deposit? A security deposit of $500 is authorized with a credit card and is part of the rental agreement. We do not charge the credit card at the time of reservation. In the event that after your departure we find that damaged was done during your stay, or that the rental was left in a very dirty condition, any costs to cover damage or additional cleaning will be charged to the credit card at that time, not to exceed $500. You will be provided with an itemized list of the charges. Do You Accept Credit Cards? Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. PayPal, personal checks & money orders for the reservation deposit. On arrival the balance due is payable in the form of a credit card, PayPal, money order or cash. Our rates are for non-credit card payments. Credit card payments are 4% higher. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Is Parking Available? Mission Hills: Two reserved off-street parking spaces are assigned to the Roadrunner and Coyote Condos. For Studio guests plenty of free, uncontrolled, street-side parking is available all around us. Ocean Beach: One reserved off-street parking space is assigned to each Cottage. The third parking space is reserved for the owners.
