We offer two 1-bedroom condos, the Roadrunner and the Coyote, and one Studio. Our building is a Spanish quaint tropical beauty, with a lush serene garden and a private courtyard, sitting on a hill overlooking lively San Diego. Centrally located only minutes from the best San Diego beaches, Hillcrest, Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Ocean Beach, Mission Bay Beach, Pacific Beach, and the Mission Hills Restaurant District. We are minutes away from the Embarcadero, the Maritime and the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museums, & Coronado is just a short drive across the San Diego Bay Bridge. An easy 5-minute walk down the hill to the San Diego Trolley and bus Washington Street stations, which will whisk you to the Gaslamp District and Downtown, Old Town, the open-air Mission Valley Shopping Malls, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium and even Tijuana.
All our rentals are strictly non-smoking with no pets allowed, in consideration of allergic guests. Free laundry facilities are available on-site as well as free wireless Internet access (WPA-PSK & higher).
Parking - off-street parking spaces are reserved for the Roadrunner and Coyote Condos guests. For Studio guests there is plenty of free, uncontrolled, street-side parking all around us.
The Studio Cute and cozy, decorated in a Southwestern theme, with a private entrance and a small deck for you morning coffee. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette (under-counter fridge, microwave, toaster, & coffeemaker). A wide-screen TV w/DVD for your viewing pleasure, books, maps, and magazines. There is plenty of closet and storage space, so you unpack once and hide your suitcases until you are ready to depart.
A queen-size bed with a Simmons Beautyrest Plush mattress will ensure a good & restful night sleep. A twin-size futon bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress provides comfort for a 3rd guest.

The Roadrunner & Coyote Condos (1-Bedroom) The Roadrunner Condo offers gorgeous views from living room bay window. Both condos have fully equipped kitchens & are accessorized for short and long stays. An extra comfortable queen-size beds with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress in the bedroom will lull you to sleep and a queen-size futon with a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the living room will take care of 2 additional guests. A wide-screen LCD TV and a DVD player will keep you entertained. Relax indoors or eat your meals in the common courtyard surrounded by a lush tropical garden.
