Our Ocean Beach location offers a 2-bedroom Cottage, the Orca, and the Seahorse Studio.
The Beach Cottages are located one block from the beach and two blocks from the Ocean Beach Pier and the lively main street of Newport Avenue. Sit on the deck and watch the waves - cannot get better than that! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves...
Lovingly restored cute & charming 1930's Beach Cottages were completely renovated in 2008, offer all the comforts of a 'home away from home'. Beautifully designed, true to the beach cottage style, bright & airy, with wood and tile floors, fully equipped kitchens, raised ceilings with fans, front & back private decks, lush garden and an outdoor shower. The Orca Cottage charmingly parades original double-hung windows and a gorgeous claw foot tub.
Located only minutes from the best San Diego beaches and Sea World. We are 5-10 minutes away from Oldtown, Downtown & the Gaslamp District, the Embarcadero, the Maritime and the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museums, & Coronado is just a short drive across the San Diego Bay Bridge.
All our rentals are strictly non-smoking with no pets allowed, in consideration of allergic guests. Free secure wireless Internet access is available. Coin-operated laundry facility & and a place to safely store your surfboards are available on-site.
Parking - off-street parking spaces are reserved for our guests.
The Seahorse Studio Cottage
The Seahorse Studio Cottage has also undergone major renovations and is decorated in a lively Caribbean color theme, raised ceiling with fans, wood and tile floors, a fully equipped kitchen, wide-screen TV w/DVD for your viewing pleasure, books, maps, and magazines. Once you are ready to fall asleep to the sound of the waves enjoy our queen-size bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and a full-size super-comfortable futon.
Outside a private entrance and a beautiful deck in a lush garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The Orca Cottage charmingly parades original double-hung windows and a gorgeous claw foot tub. An extra comfortable queen-size beds with a Simmons Beautyrest & Termpur-Pedic mattresses in the two bedrooms will lull you to sleep, a full-size high-end futons with a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the living room will take care of 2 additional guests. A wide-screen LCD TV and a DVD player will keep you entertained. Relax indoors or enjoy the outdoors on the front or back decks in the lush tropical garden.
